Yes! All of our products are 100% natural and many of our ingredients are organic as well.

All of our skincare productsare 100% natural and most are vegan. We do however use beeswax in our balms, but we are working on sourcing a vegan material with the same properties.

We are proud to say we never test any of our products on animals. Erth Naturals is 100% cruelty-free.

No. Any color the finished products have comes from the natural ingredients they are made with. The delicious aromas you smell come from the premium essential oils we use.

NO! We use only natural preservatives such as Vitamin E, GSE, Rosemary oil to prevent the growth of bacteria.

We strive to create innovative products which are suitable for all skin types, but if you’re a skincare newbie and are not sure what works best for you, you can send us an email and we’ll try to help. If you have a skin condition or any allergies, we suggest reading the full ingredients list, suitability information and directions of use on the product description before placing your order.

While all of our product sare natural, some people may still have sensitivities to natural ingredients. Should you find that you are allergic to any one of our products, discontinue use immediately.

Just pop your jar in the fridge for about 20 minutes and it will be like new.

Let your jar sit in room temperature for about 30 minutes and it will soften to the perfect consistency.

Yes! All of our products are handmade, packaged and labelled in-house.

We ship throughout Canada and the US.
Shipping and Handling fees are not included, and you are responsible for any duty or customs payments for deliveries outside of Canada.

Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a PayPal account is needed in order to make payments through PayPal. We strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added security and ease of use, however you do not need an account.

If you do not have a PayPal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card that is supported by PayPal. By using PayPal, we can process and deliver your orders to you in a shorter time. It is the easiest and most secure way to make payments online. No account needed.

If your order is placed prior to 12pm Mon-Fri, it will be dispatched the same day and if your order is placed after 12pm Mon-Fri, your order will be dispatched the following business day. If there is ever a reason for delay on our end, a member of our team will be in touch. Orders will typically take 3-7 business days to ship, after receipt of payment, depending on volume of orders received. If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

To amend any mistakes within your delivery address, please contact us within one hour of placing your order. Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, we cannot redirect your parcel.

We’re unable to make amends to your order once it’s been processed. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately and we will look into it for you. If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to cancel it.

Once you’ve placed your order with us, you will be sent a confirmation email. You will receive your tracking number once it is available. If for any reason you didn’t receive your tracking number, please contact us and we will be able to send it over to you.

If your order is placed prior to 12pm Monday-Friday, it will be dispatched the same day and will be shipped to you within 1-5 working days. If your order is placed after 12pm, your order will be dispatched the following working day. If there is ever a reason for delay on our end, a member of our team will be in touch. US orders will typically arrive within 7-10 business days and Canadian Orders will typically take 3-7 business days, depending on where you live. We are not responsible for late shipments due to carrier delays.

Any order placed on the www.erthnaturals.com website and delivered outside of Canada may be subject to taxes and custom duties applicable in the destination country.

The Purchaser is liable for these duties and taxes and the cost is at the Purchaser’s expense. Erth Naturals is not required to verify and inform the Purchaser of the amount or terms of customs duties and taxes. The Purchaser is invited to ask the details from the competent authorities of his/her country.

The delivery cost does not include any applicable duty or customs tariffs that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the Purchaser. If goods are refused due to customs reasons a 20% return fee is applicable.

We aim to deliver your order within 1-5 business days after your payment is cleared. Shipping charges will be added to your order once you reach the checkout stage. This is calculated based on the weight and destination of your order, and also the cost of packaging and handling. Delivery is charged at cost and is shown at checkout.

All pricing on Erth Naturals is in CAD dollars unless specifically indicated otherwise. Payment will be accepted in CAD or USD funds only.
