◄ Key Benefits- Beeswax has anti-inflammatory properties and encourages the healing of wounds. It is also protective, helping form a barrier between the skin and the environment without clogging pores. Also high in vitamin A, which has been found to support cell reconstruction.
Shea Butter has high concentrations of fatty acids and vitamins, making it an ideal cosmetic ingredient for nourishing, moisturizing and softening skin. Shea butter is also anti-inflammatory and is often used for its protective and healing properties.
Cocoa butter is rich in natural plant compounds called phytochemicals and fatty acids, making it excellent in its ability to hydrate, nourish the skin and improve elasticity. The fat in cocoa butter forms a protective barrier over skin to hold in moisture.
Calendula oil has antifungal, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and antibacterial properties that can help with accelerating wound healing and soothing eczema.
Colloidal oatmeal as an ingredient is used to treat skin conditions including eczema, rashes, and psoriasis. Oats contain an impressive array of natural compounds and proteins that make them particularly soothing for irritated skin by creating a protective layer on the skin’s surface, where the natural skin barrier may be otherwise compromised. Beta glucans in oats can even support faster wound healing, and have humectant properties, meaning that they draw in moisture that nourishes dry, itchy and inflamed skin, while gently cleansing the skin.
Arnica oil is anti-inflammatory and antibacterial.
Hemp oil is perfect for most skin types as it can moisturize without clogging pores. It can even help to balance out oily skin, hydrating it and regulating the skin's oil production. Omega-3s and omega-6s in hemp oil have shown to be effective in treating a number of skin conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis and lichen planus.
Carrot seed oil is high in antibacterial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties. ◄ Good To Know- This product is safe for all skin types and anyone with dry skin can safely use this product.
Balms typically tend to soften or melt when temperatures rise. Avoid this by storing product in a cool, dry place. Store below 21℃/70℉. Should any softening occur, just pop into the refrigerator for a few minutes and Voila, good as new!
For best absorption, apply directly after showering, while the skin is slightly damp.
As with any natural product, check the list of ingredients to make sure you are not sensitive or allergic to any of them. Test product on small patch of skin before using. If any adverse reactions, discontinue use.
